This is Devon's oldest established museum
and with its wide range of exhibits is well worth a visit. Only

Designated a Site of Special Scientific
Interest, Kents Cavern is famous for its wealth of archaeology and
geology.
Greenway Estate
A glorious woodland garden on the banks
of the River Dart, once the summer residence of Agatha Christie.

Greenway Ferry - Agatha Cristie Special
Just a short walk from No 9 is the Greenway
Ferry which operates across Torbay and up the River Dart to Greenway.
Paignton & Dartmouth Steam Railway
A standard gauge railway operating between
Paignton and Kingswear. Originally laid to Brunel's broad gauge.
A must for all steam enthusiasts.
South West Coast Path
Torquay is on the South West Coast Path
and within easy walking distance of No. 9. Full details of this

Princess Theatre
Offers a varied selection of shows and
theatrical productions, often featuring well known international
performers. Only 10 minutes walk from No. 9.

Home to thousands of amazing animals and
plants.
Oldway Mansion
Originally built by the Singer Sewing
Machine family and famous for its grand staircase and painted ceiling
based on the Palace of Versailles.
